I MET UP WITH WAN QING!!~~

Yays!!! finally met up with her!! Wan qing is my project man in polytechnic!!! Don't think that she is those silent type just by looking at her, when she open her mouth to speak, its definitely 一鸣惊人!

It's like 5 months I've not since her.... that's rather long sia!!hahaha! I met her at Jurong Point after her classes and we went to watch Wall-E. The show was... erm... how do I say it... I think kids will prefer it better.... at least it does mention the importance of keeping our earth clean. If you want to watch a good movie, trust me, don't watch it. Watch it when you had nothing better to do....

After movie we went to Pizza hut for dinner! wahahaha! I totally love the Hawaiian pizza there! *drools*

5 months of not seeing each other, we had lots to talk about! My attachment, her experience in Zhejiang.... blah blah blah.... Had lots of fun man!

And we went to Toys "R"us! damn.... kind of feel that my childhood is so deprived after going there! When I was young, I was contented with have one or two soft toy and playing the swing in the playground will be me feel happy for the whole day. Kids nowadays are hell lot luckier, they have soooo much variety of toys! Of cause, we took some pictures! hahaha! shall show one since the rest did not came out nice.... here goes!

GOOD DAY!!!

I think yesterday was well-spent with lots of fun!!! This is what I did!

First, at about 11 plus, i got my flu vaccine injection and it cost me like $30! i thought it will be only 20 plus bucks only lor, somemore it will only last about 1 year... I went to a clinic at bangkit. I met up with miao at bangkit cause she wants to trim her fringe. The process is quite fast, went in talk to the doctor, get injection, and talk somemore and you can go.... just remember to pay before going out of the clinic will do...

The red spot is the injection area... kind of look like a red mole.... hahaha.... Oh ya, the swollen meat you see in there is my BCG...

This is the conversation between me and my doctor:

me: Is there anything I need to take note of?

doc: Nothing much, just wash the area with warm water when you get home.

me: okays. So, can i take off the cotton now?

doc: you can throw it always when its not bleeding.

me: (checking the injection area) It's not even bleeding!

doc: then you press on the area for a little while longer...

So funny sia the doctor! the area around the part, around the circumference of a plastic, is still quite sore until today! very sad, last night i could only lie on one side while sleeping. =(

Nevermind the sad part, cause i ain't staying sad all day, there is something which makes me very happy!!!! I finally got to meet my primary school friends yesterday after so many years!!!! whees!!!

I guess everybody sort of moved on, onto their new life during secondary school days but all of us did not forget the happy memories together. we never fail to play hop-scotch everyday during recess time, and we go to Jolene's house every Saturday for maths tuition from 1pm to 6pm, the time its long but its fun, and somehow time always flew pass very fast and soon it will be time for us to go home. And not forgetting a murder mind game which was introduced to us by Jolene's father....

Okays, back to yesterday, before I became an old lady and start saying 相当年。。。

Before meeting them, me and Vivian first went shopping at Far East. Yes, you did not read wrongly, Vivian and I were primary school friends, it's more like we were of the same primary school but we did not became close until secondary when we joined the same CCA. She was a best friend of a best friend, complicated? read on and you will find out!

But first, lets talk about shopping!!! We both bought a nice pair of flats from the same shop, ifs of the different design but the same material. After shopping there is still an hour before meeting my Primary school mates so we started to cam-whore, well.... not me, most of the cam-whoring is Vivian lor! Those who go to her blog should know what i mean. *winks*

So, while we were waiting for our friend's arrival, i got excited and nervous at the same time! excited cause I'm finally going to see them and nervous cause I'm afraid there will be conversation breakdown later.... but thank goodness we got on well then there are lots to tell!

We went to mogu mogu for dinner! that's my second to that place, i liked it when i first went there for dinner!

WHAT'S FOR TOMORROW???

I'm so excited about tomorrow!!!! and why is this so??? Because I'm meeting my Primary school buddies for dinner tomorrow!!!!!

Woohoo!!! it has been awhile since I met them.... well, since i graduate from primary school.... that's very long man! so that's why I am sooooo excited about the dinner meeting! will show you guys my primary school buddies... i think some of them have grown to be really chio!

I will be be meeting Vivian for some shopping spree before the dinner!!! I want to buy new shoes!!!!

There is something I am not looking forward to tomorrow and that is I am going to get a flu vaccine injection... I have not been a fan a needles my whole life... in fact, I remembered i cried when i took my BCG injection during primary 6.... there is also one time which I had a terrible vomiting case and the doctor gave me an injection while I was bending over his rubbish bin spilling the acid in my stomach out.... terrible experience with injections...

I've reformatted my lappie!!! now i have a fast, clean lappie to bring to china! whees!!!

SHOPPING WITH MIAO!!!

hahaha!! I was damn bored these few days and I told myself this has to stop! Miao decided to be naughty and pon her weekly activity.

So these two girls decided to roam the streets of bugis wearing black dress yesterday.... hahaha! Okays, about the black dress part, we has happen to feel like wearing them... and somemore it's a rainy day, definately not a day of wearing nice bright colours...

Speaking of rainy day.... why is it freaking raining every single day?!?!?! gosh! I think raining like one hour per day is enough lor! and no, heaven decides to rain a few hours per day and its very irrating for me, being a person who doesn't like rain... well except when I'm indoors... From what I remember, I should be really warm at this month of the year leh... okays... enough of the rain...

back this to yesterday... hahaha... so we wenrt shopping and at first we bought the same shirt of different colour then after awhile we went to another place to try it on, we found that the shirt do not fit, so we back to the uncle and asked to change for another shirt and this time, we got the same shirt with the same colour... well.. it fits this time... hahaha... for girls out there, buying things in bugis really have to be careful, even though the price is cheap, for the clothes sometimes do have weird cutting and it's best to try it out first!

have anyone wonder why i hardly ever put any photos with miao up? well this is because everytime we went out we will always forget to talk picture and only remembers it went we got home... so this time, we make sure we remember to take pictures! but... our phone camera wasn't really good so the picture quality turned out sucky.... thats why need a camera!!!!!!!!!!

anyways, I do think we are sisters in our previous lives, as we do have the similar interests, hobbies, likings... haha...

for eg, we decided that when we are in China, we buy fruits and eat a fruit a day!

Maybe it's because of the same habits that we do seem the same???

HAHAHAHA!!!

I can't stop laughing!!! let me laugh out loud first!!! WAHAHAHAHA!!! okays, I'm done!

Watching the channel 8, 7pm drama 《爱在你左右》 makes me very happy! why? Because some scenarios of the show is extremely absurd! I was practically laughing my way through the whole drama....
(If you do watch that show, you will understand what I am talking about, if you don't get it, too bad then^^)

the drama's pace is too fast le... extreme drama lor and also very kua zhang !

1. kidnap scene in an old building: a pregnant woman is giving birth, she was bought to another room for her delivery, strangely enough, the room has two mattress stacked neatly on top of another, there is also a nice shiny stainless steel pail for the old lady who is helping the woman to give birth to contain water and towels in... so convenient sia!

2. police barging in the building: the moment the police barge in, as if expecting them, the kidnappers immediately put up their hand to surrender...

3. apparently the main characters got onto the newspaper after the kidnap and it hit the headlines... then the female's best friend ask her whether the guy is handsome a not. HELLO??? didn't he just see the newspaper??? don't he know how the guy looks like???

Actually, there is more, but I could not remember... Frankly speaking, i am not watching the show, in fact i looking out for the mistakes... haha! this is my latest entertainment activity man!

24 MORE DAYS AND I WILL BE IN CHINA...

Just did some countings and 24 more days, i will not be in Singapore, and flying to Wuhan!

This means I got to wake up extremely early! anyone will be sending me off???

Just finished my presentaton and it's offically holidays for me... well... until then day I reach wuhan to study though...

well... since I'm free now... feel free to date me people!!! K-session, gym, shopping, movie, meals, and treats (if you are rich!)you name it, I'll join it, if i like it!!! Gosh! there is alot of people I want to meet before I fly man!!!

For now, my hope is to get a camera before I fly so that i can capture all my China memories... I probably won't get a second chance to go there le...

Peiling, being broke will just have to rely on my mummy's luck for a camera.... -_-'''

DONE!!

*wipe sweats* finally the 10k words report plus 800 words abstract is done and submitted!!! yipees!!

but... there is still...

well anyways, i have not yet started on it and before I go on to it, let me blog about the gathering with some of the sag peeps yesterday...

yesterday i went to school to submit the report with vivian and for the first time in my np life, i took a cab to school... luckily i did not cause vivian to submit late if not i will surely feel very guilty... and thanks babe, for not getting so feddup with my lateness... maybe you do feel that way but you didn't show... hees...

after submitting the report, me, vivian and yufung went to bugis to meet up with the sag peeps... we were talking about singapore's table tennis when a stranger uncle talked to us and tell us about the girls team winning... haha... the uncle so random... i think he is also very excited about the news that he cannot control himself lor! but, its is still a great news!

we reached bugis, meet up with the others and ate at steamboat.... let the photos do the talking!

me and jingting!! for some reason, we always seemed to sit next to each other during steamboat sessions... and... she is extremely lame yesterday lor.... hahaha! buay tahan! =) actually, vivian wanted to take picture of the food only but we both posed, so she has no choice but to take out picture!

FREED

Attachment came to an end yesterday!!! cheers of all cheers!!! I am finally about to rest.... this week had been a really hectic week and I had been having OTs for like 4 days in a row!

The end of attachment means...

NO MORE:

- OTs

- smiling even though i don't feel like it

- writing countless articles

- interviews

- calling PR

- attending events

- talking to important people

- hearing interesting stories from my collegues

MORE:

- rest

- time to take care of my face (I grew lazy during during attachment)

at about 6 i say goodbye to my pass of 20 weeks....

and after that I went to popeyes at the flyer with the SPH girls... got close to them after entering SPH and even though I don't have lunch with them due to the differetn lunch timings, I had lots of fun!! and i look forward to going china with them!

ME AND MY MUM

(the below conversation are in chinese but i decided to translate in into english cause it's easier to type.)

me: I got a job tomorrow morning, as i need to go there straight away from home i can wake up abit later, so don't wake me up so early.

mum:...

me: I don't have camera so boss arrange for a photographer to the site, but normally, I have to borrow camera from company but then today is my off day so cannot borrow.

mum: from now until the day you go China, if i win 4D first prize, I will buy a camera for you...

me: you always like that say de, then in the end never win de lor... *frowns*

mum: that's because you have no luck.

me:....

大人每次都是这样的！等来等去，要等到几时？这么容易中的话，还需要做工吗？而且还要是头奖，简直比登天还难！！天啊。。。都不知道他们怎么想的。。。

不过，有时还倒是希望他们中。我呀，真矛盾。

BRIEFING

There was a briefing yesterday in the school regarding the Wuhan trip and it was troublesome and exciting at the same time... troublesome cause there are loads to be done and exciting cause the school seemed to quite interesting and I'm sure it will be quite an experience!!!

Main points of the briefing:

1. Flight: 12th sept 8am, flight to guangzhou first then 5.30pm take another plane to wuhan. (Got to reach the airport terminal 1 at 5.30am, great... have to wake up early)

2. Hostel: I'm most likely shaing a room with Vivian... (Somehow there is a mutal agreement that we will live together... hees... For everyone was like saying we will live together cause we are super close...) and the room looks not bad in the video...

3. Class: Is arranged by lecture groups and for the first time in the years of knowing Vivian, we are finally in the same class!)

4. School: There are ATM, supermarket, hospital in the school (I do not have to worry in case anything happen... *touch wood*!) and apparently the school seemed really big... oh dear...

5. City: Outside the schoolgate will be the town... (Wonderful for shopping!)

6. Tour: and we will get to tour some places of interest!

hmm... I think that's about it... will update on it when i think of anything esle... for... poor peiling has the poorest memory of them all...

*Kind of sad that i cannot be there to support dearest SAG yesterday due to the briefing but... I'm glad it turn out okay in the end!!!! CONGRATES!!!*
